Polar Help Desk 5.0.97

Today we released version 5.0.97. We have fixed an issue with Active Directory module and bug with incident advanced filters.

Polar Help Desk 5.0.95

Polar Help Desk 5.0.95 is released. We fixed few bugs and build new features in this release:

  • minor initialization script bugs
  • languages module improvements
  • bug email pictures not showing
  • bug quotes not displayed In some email
  • setup application bug fixes
  • timezone correction issues
  • datetime range selection on incidents prototype
  • new database scripts, a contact is no longer required field
  • MIME parser bug fixed
  • emails can now be manually converted to incidents
  • incident template can be selected while converting emails to incidents
  • incidents can now be created from emails sent by users

We also started to redesign polarsoftware.com and redefine pricing and licencing rules.
